Confidentiality Agreement

Teccia Ltda. is committed to register confidentiality and no-disclosure agreements of the information provided whether electronically, person to person or by phone.

The agreement will at least consider the following points:

All the information revealed by the Client-User whether orally or in writing by means of documents, records, contracts, draft, catalogs, computer-based media, maps and in general by any other procedure or way allowing someone to be aware of that information, that will be referred as "the information", will be confidential.

We consider as “information“ any technical, comercial, managment, innovative, financial, legal, strategic, marketing, notes, analysis, programs, web sites in any format, studies, documents, business plans or any other kind of information related to ideas, business or projects.

Every part must be comitted to keep and use the information with the only purpose of making properly the negotiation asociated.

The confidentiality agreements must carry out the following terms:

Not to reveal or distribute in any form, directly or indirectly, the information.
Not to duplicate in any form the information.
Not to use the information,directly or indirectly by means of any natural or juridical person related to any other purpose.
To give the information only to the strictly necessary people.
To give the information back if one of the parties needs it.
